A central approach involves using the camera to simulate the observational experience of being a passenger, often with a focus on the framed view through a window.

Windowscapes: My research specifically examines how experimental films may stage "passengering" through the display of window views, making the vehicle interior a site of contemplation and artistic expression. The film practice here involves deliberate and dynamic framing, an emphasis on the passing landscape, through a potentially restricted viewpoint, making the viewer more aware of the journey and the act of looking.
